Description
Ashwagandha or Indien Ginseng grows as a shrub in northern India, primarily around the mountain range Himalaya. The root of the shrub is used within Ayurveda for stress and sleep. This product contains only dried and powdered whole root of Ashwagandha, which is the classic way of consuming it.
Ashwagandha can preferrably be taken with ghee and warm water or milk to improve it's effect. This herb should not be taken by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
