Your appetite got smaller.Your nutrition can’t.

When your appetite drops, you’re eating roughly half of what you used to. Every remaining meal has to carry twice the load — or you lose muscle alongside the fat.

What the medication changes

The part of the prescription nobody cooks for

Where lost weight comes from without enough protein

Mostly fat
Mostly fatToo much muscle

Half the food, same protein target

Your body still needs the protein it needed before — you just have half the appetite to get it in. Miss the target and too much of what you lose is muscle, which slows your metabolism and is not what comes back if the weight returns. So every main carries 30–40g of real-food protein, spread across the day instead of loaded into one sitting.

<20gfat 30–40gprotein light sauces

✓ Portioned for a smaller appetite

A stomach that empties slowly

The medication slows gastric emptying — that is how it works. It also means heavy, fatty, richly sauced food sits there and turns into nausea. Every meal on this plan stays under 20g of fat, sauced lightly, in portions sized for a stomach that fills fast.

30gfibre / day 100+plants a week 0supplements to buy

✓ Built into the food itself

The side effect nobody mentions

Constipation, because less food means less fibre. The plan answers it with food, not powders: 30g of fibre a day, built into the meals themselves. And since the medication quiets thirst along with hunger, keep water close — it won't remind you.

Our standards

Inside every meal. Never inside any.

In this kitchen

  • Farm-fresh produce from our own farms and growers we have worked with for years
  • Cooked in olive, avocado and coconut oil, and ghee — never a seed oil
  • Honey, dates, coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, pure monk fruit and allulose — nothing refined, nothing artificial
  • Fermenting and sprouting, done in-house, with live cultures
  • A dedicated zero-gluten kitchen that has never handled wheat
  • Menus designed by nutritionists, cooked by our chefs

Never in this kitchen

  • Gluten or wheat — in any meal plan
  • Refined sugar
  • Seed oils — no canola, no sunflower, no exceptions
  • Artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols
  • Processed meats
  • A1 dairy — plans are dairy-free apart from ghee, and if you would rather none at all, say so in the quiz

Side by side

The same day, three ways to feed it.

Questions.

How much protein will I actually get?

Every GLP-1 Support meal is built protein-first, with 30 to 40g in every main from chicken, fish and seafood rather than shakes, spread across your day so a smaller appetite still hits its target.

Why do the meals stay under 20g of fat?

The medication slows gastric emptying, and fat slows it further — that combination is what turns a normal meal into nausea. Light sauces and controlled fat keep the food comfortable to eat.

Can you work around my allergies and avoids?

Yes. List anything in the quiz — three avoids are free, and each one after that adds 5 KD on a 26-day plan or 3 KD on a 13-day plan, once for the whole plan. Ten is the maximum. Allergies are never turned away, and our kitchen confirms every allergy with you by phone before anything is prepared.

How does delivery work?

Daily, between 2 and 10 PM, across Kuwait. Meals are prepared for the day that follows, so tomorrow's food is in your fridge tonight. Choose 7 days a week, or 6 with Fridays off.

Can I pause?

Up to two days per week — your remaining days stay on record.

Is this safe with my medication?

It is food — real, measured, high-protein food. It does not replace your prescriber's guidance; check with your doctor, particularly about hydration and any change in dose.

What's the difference between GLP-1 Support and Signature?

Signature is our complete high-protein day for a normal appetite. GLP-1 Support carries more protein in smaller, lower-fat portions — built for an appetite the medication has cut in half.

Keep the loss. Keep the muscle.

A full day of protein, in portions your appetite can handle. Chef-made, delivered daily, ready in five minutes.
