We cook for your gut first.
Kuwait's first gluten-free and dairy-free meal plan, and the first Low-FODMAP one. Steady energy, clear skin, a flat stomach, an immune system that works — almost all of it sits downstream of digestion.
Grown on local farms
Ours, and the growers we have worked with for years. Farm-fresh produce, and we buy the best of it — including varieties most kitchens here never stock.
Olive, avocado, coconut, ghee
The only fats in this kitchen. No canola, no sunflower, no seed oils.
We ferment and we sprout
In our own kitchen, with live cultures.
Nothing refined, nothing artificial
Honey, dates, coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, pure monk fruit and allulose. No emulsifiers, no gums, never a sugar alcohol.

Ten habits that make the plan work harder.
Clean up your daily routine
Use organic personal care — toothpaste, deodorant, shampoo, lotion — and avoid harsh chemicals in household cleaners or makeup. Your skin is your largest organ; treat it kindly.
Hydrate wisely
Avoid plastic bottles. Drink pure spring water, premium Japanese green tea hot or cold, or any freshly brewed organic herbal tea.
Move with intention
Aim for at least 40–50 minutes of walking each day. Add stretching or breathwork to improve circulation and release stress.
Breathe better
Take short breaks for deep breathing during the day. It relieves stress, boosts clarity, oxygenates your blood, and even aids digestion.
Practice gratitude
Every day, reflect on three things you're grateful for. Gratitude creates a positive mindset and emotional balance.
Eat more raw goodness
Add more organic raw vegetables and fruits, especially leafy greens. Stick to lemon or vinegar for dressings when eating outside our meals.
Sleep to heal
The body restores itself between 10 PM and 3 AM. Try to be asleep during this time for deep rest and renewal.
Eat mindfully
Eat slowly. Chew well, avoid distractions, and tune in to your body's hunger and fullness cues. Try to avoid take-out, processed foods, refined oils and preservatives.
Laugh daily
Laughter is healing. Watch something funny, call a friend, or enjoy stand-up — make joy part of your day.
Protect your gut
When not eating with LUVF, avoid processed foods, preservatives and added sugars. Choose whole, unrefined ingredients to support your gut microbiome.
Questions.
How does the quiz work?
Take the Build Your Plan quiz — your goals, how you like to eat, anything to avoid, and your labs if you know them. It rides along with your order so our nutritionist-designed menus and the kitchen can prepare your plan before the first delivery.
Can I exclude ingredients I don't like?
Three are included free, whether they are allergies or things you would simply rather not eat. Each one after that adds 5 KD on a 26-day plan or 3 KD on a 13-day plan — once, for your whole plan. The quiz shows the amount as you pick and adds it to your total before you pay, so nothing is a surprise. Ten is the most the kitchen can cook around, so that is where the list stops. Allergies are never turned away — if you have more than ten, tell us when we call to confirm your allergies, which we do before anything is cooked.
What time do you deliver?
Between 2 and 10 PM every day, across the State of Kuwait. Meals are prepared for the day that follows, so tomorrow's food is in your fridge tonight. We can't currently deliver to chalets or farms.
Is there dairy in the plans?
Every plan is dairy-free apart from ghee, which we use for cooking. Where a dish would normally call for yogurt, we use coconut yogurt instead. If you would rather have no dairy at all, say so in the quiz and we will leave the ghee out too. Our shop sells dairy products separately — those are always labelled.
What do you sweeten with, and what do you cook in?
Honey, dates, coconut sugar, raw cane sugar, pure monk fruit and allulose. Nothing refined, nothing artificial, and never a sugar alcohol.
We cook in olive, avocado and coconut oil, and ghee. No canola, no sunflower, no seed oils of any kind.
Can I pause if I travel?
Up to two days per week. Pausing more often than that tends to slow your progress and we'll say so if it becomes a pattern.
I have celiac disease — can I eat this?
Our kitchen is dedicated and zero-gluten. It has never handled wheat: no shared ovens, no shared flour, no shared air. Every plan is entirely gluten-free, and the three items on the site that do contain gluten are made in a separate building and labelled as such. That is the standard we hold ourselves to — whether it is right for you is a conversation to have with your doctor. Note that meals may contain nuts.
How do I start, and when do I pay?
You take the quiz and pay in the same step. Please order at least one day before you want your first delivery. If you change your mind before your plan starts, you get a full refund. Once a plan has started we don't refund it, because the food is bought and cooked for you — but you can freeze it and pick up the remaining days whenever you like.
