Our meals are prepared with care using selected ingredients to provide a convenient and balanced food experience.

1.1 Products

We offer a variety of food products, including gluten-free and dairy-free options.

We make every effort to display our products, images, and information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on your device settings.

1.2 Meal Plans

Our meal plans are designed around customer preferences and dietary requirements.

Available meal plan options include:

Please note:

Allergies and Dietary Requirements

Customers must provide accurate information about allergies, intolerances, and dietary requirements when creating their meal plan.

While we take reasonable steps to prepare meals according to customer requirements, our food may contain allergens, including nuts or traces of nuts.

Registration

Meal plans require completion of our questionnaire and a consultation with our nutrition team.

Menu Selection

Meals are prepared according to our planned menus. Daily dishes may not always match individual taste preferences.

Ordering

Meal plans must be ordered at least one day before the requested start date.

Delivery

Meal plans are delivered within the State of Kuwait only.

Delivery schedules and charges depend on the order type and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

1.3 Cancelling and Freezing a Meal Plan

Before your meal plan starts, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

Once a meal plan has started, refunds are not available because ingredients are purchased and meals are prepared specifically for each customer.

Instead, remaining plan days may be frozen and resumed at a later date.

Frozen days must be used within one year of the date the plan was frozen. Days not used within one year expire and are cancelled; they cannot be delivered, refunded, or credited.

To freeze your plan, please contact us at least two days before the requested freeze date.

This does not affect your rights if food arrives spoiled, incorrect, incomplete, or damaged.

1.4 Food Orders

Weekly menu dishes are prepared to order.

Orders placed during the week are prepared according to the delivery schedule shown in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Bakery, snacks, drinks, and pantry products are delivered according to their stated preparation and delivery timelines.

Catering services are subject to availability and minimum order requirements.

2. Customer Requirements

By using our Services, you confirm that:

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD).

The full amount payable, including applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

5. Delivery

LUVF delivers within the State of Kuwait only.

Delivery schedules, areas, and charges vary depending on the type of product ordered and are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

Incorrect addresses or contact details may result in delays or additional delivery attempts.

6. Refunds

Because food products are perishable and prepared specifically for customers, we do not accept general returns.

If your order arrives:

  • Spoiled
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
  • Damaged

Please contact us within 24 hours with:

  • A photograph showing the issue

We will review your request and provide the appropriate solution according to our Refund Policy.
