Ginger Chicken Bone Broth

575ml of ginger chicken bone broth, slow-simmered.

Chicken bones with ginger juice, fennel, dandelion root and aromatics. Apple cider vinegar goes in early — the acid is what draws minerals and collagen out of the bone rather than leaving them in it.

Drink it as it is, or use it as a base for anything that would otherwise take stock.

Is there refined sugar or seed oil in it?

No. We cook with olive, avocado and coconut oil only, and sweeten with coconut sugar, date sugar or monk fruit only.

When will it arrive?

We deliver across Kuwait between 2 and 10 PM. Pantry items can be ordered up to a week ahead.

Can I return it?

Food is not returnable once it has left our kitchen, but if something arrives in poor condition tell us and we will put it right.
