Yes. Our kitchen is dedicated and has never handled wheat. Check the Contains list above for other allergens.

Is there refined sugar or seed oil in it?

No. We cook with olive, avocado and coconut oil only, and sweeten with coconut sugar, date sugar or monk fruit only.

When will it arrive?

We deliver across Kuwait between 2 and 10 PM. Pantry items can be ordered up to a week ahead.

Can I return it?

Food is not returnable once it has left our kitchen, but if something arrives in poor condition tell us and we will put it right.
