A cashew and peanut blend for the filling, buckwheat and tapioca in place of wheat flour, coconut sugar in place of cane. The same build as our cocoa cashew version, with peanut instead.

Cool and dry. Anything with a soft filling is better kept in the fridge and brought back to room temperature before eating.
